1. Acceptance of Terms and Audit Logging

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must explicitly accept these Terms via a "clickwrap" or tappable agreement within the Service.

Your acceptance will be electronically recorded and stored, creating an audit log that includes your unique user identifier, the timestamp of your acceptance, your device information, and your IP address. This log will be retained in compliance with applicable Canadian and U.S. record-keeping regulations.

2. Description of Service

QuestCare Connect is a platform designed to facilitate care coordination for individuals and their care circles. The Service includes features for patient profile management, care circle collaboration, scheduling, medication tracking, AI-generated insights, and tools for hiring and finding caregiving work.

The Service, including any information or AI-generated content, is for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health member.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User-Generated Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all data, information, and content you upload or enter into the Service ("User Content"). You agree not to use the Service to post or transmit any User Content that is unlawful, threatening, or infringes on any party's intellectual property rights.

6. Virtual Currency ("Platform Credits")

Earning Credits: Actions such as daily rewards or referring new users.
Purchasing Credits: One-time packages or monthly subscriptions via Stripe.
Use of Credits: Unlock premium AI tools and advanced features.
No Monetary Value: Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
